Windows Taste in RDP Sitzung "klemmt"

Hallo zusammen,

mit hat gerade ne Firma angerufen die per RDP auf nem Server von uns ist. Sie haben wohl das Problem, dass wenn sie die Taste "E" drücken der Explorer aufgeht. Bei "R" der Ausführen Dialog usw... als wäre die Windows Taste gedrückt. Habe auf dem ersten Blick in google zwar gesehen, dass das Problem wohl bekannt ist, konnte aber noch keine Lösung finden.

Habt ihr ne Idee?

Das kommt bei mir auch manchmal vor, wenn dann eher mit Strg oder Alt. Wenn man die betreffende Taste mehrmals schnell hintereinander drückt, löst sich das meistens wieder, dann bekommt die Remotedesktopsitzung mit, dass die Taste wieder losgelassen wurde.
