Richtige Adminrechte für den Admin?

Hallo Community,

kennt ihr das unter Windows 8 wenn man als Lokaler Administrator angemeldet ist, aber dennoch keine vollen Adminrechte hat?

Ich möchte z.B. CMD.exe starten > gibt aber keine "Admin" in der Titelleiste

Ich möchte die "hosts" Datei bearbeiten > habe aber keine Berechtigung

Und bei diversen anderen "Aufgaben" muss ich ggf. "als Administrator" ausführen, obwohl ich Admin bin.

Lange Rede > kurzer Sinn

Gibt es neben dem Administrator noch einen "Super" Administrator?

OS Version : Windows 8

User: Windows default Administratorkonto & Mitglieder der Adminstratorengruppe.

Ok > Fehlercode 40...

Mit dem versteckten "Adminstrator" gibt es doch Rechte. War am ende im Falschen User.

Zum aktivieren des Admin-Kontos cmd "als Administrator" ausführen

net user Administrator /active:yes
