Hallo miteinander,

Wenn man seinen Rechner löscht/neu installiert.

Ist es mit Spezialtools möglich an Daten ran zukommen...

Damit dies kaum bis gar nicht mehr der Fall ist, sollte man einen Rechner mit tools wie dban oder parted magic löschen.

Frage: Wenn ich meine Festplatte komplett mit TrueCrypt verschlüsselt habe, muss ich ein tool wie dban oder parted magic nicht ausführen, weil man durch die Verschlüsselung sowieso nicht mehr dran kommt, richtig?

Ja, richtig, dann sind die Daten für einen anderen Rechner, der Truecrypt nicht installiert hat bzw. nicht den richtigen Schlüssel hat, nicht entschlüsselbar. Tools sehen zwar, dass Daten vorhanden sind, aber nicht, was für Daten das sind.
