Hallo!

Kann mir jemand rein theoretisch erklären, wie WAP-Billing funktioniert?

Ich stelle mir das so vor:

Ein Smartphonenutzer geht über sein Handy auf eine Internetseite. Die Internetseite gehört einer zertifizierten Firma (die ein zertifikat für WAP-Billing hat). Der Nutzer kauft irgendetwas und die Firma liest über die Internetanbindung die Telefonnumer und den Provider des Gerätes aus.

Die Firma stellt dem Provider den Betrag in Rechnung. Der Provider stellt dem Benutzer den Betrag in Rechnung.

Ist das so richtig? Gibt es (wie auch für Internetseiten) Zertifizierungsstellen für das WAP-Billing, oder kann das jeder mit einem entsprechendem Code auf der Website ungehindert selbst machen?
