Hallo zusammen,

kann sich jmd. etwas unter dem Begriff

"Hardwarekonverter" vorstellen?

Ich könnte mir darunter sowas wie einen Adapter vorstellen um z.b. eine ide Festplatte an einem Scsi Kabel anzuschliessen.

Genau weiss ich es aber nicht!

das hat sich mittlerweile geklärt.

Gemeint war richtige Hardware, die Protokolle umwandelt..

Z.B. eine Bridge, die Ethernet mit Token Ring verbinden kann..
