Hallo,

ich wende mich mal an euch mit einer vielleicht etwas ungewöhnlichen Frage: Ist ein Prüfungszeugnis der IHK ohne original Unterschrift gültig? Die Unterschrift und das Siegel sind einfach nur eingescannt. Gibt es einen Paragraphen mit dem ich die IHK dazu bringen kann, mir ein Zegnis mit Original Unterschrift auszustellen?

Die sonstigen Dokumente von der IHK kommen immer mit dem Zusatz: "Dieses Schreiben wurde maschinell erstellt und ist auch ohne Unterschrift gültig." Ist das so? Gilt für die IHK auch § 37 Verwaltungsverfahrensgesetz (VwVfG)?
