Welche weiterbildenden Institutionen gibt es, die bekanntermaßen gut sind (NRW oder Online) ? Ich interessiere mich speziell für Webprogrammierung. Bisher habe ich nur www.ibb.com gefunden. Sind sie gut?  Hat jemand irgendwelche Erfahrungen oder Ratschläge?

Vielen Dank @spix. Irgendwelche anderen Vorschläge? Gibt es welche in englischer Sprache? Ich spreche immer noch nicht fließend Deutsch und möchte auf jeden Fall alles verstehen, was ich lerne. :)
