Hallo,

in einigen Prüfungaufgaben, in denen eine Vollsicherung einer Datenbank beschrieben werden soll, gibt es den Korrekturhinweis, dass Online-Backups (recovery-files bei Oracle, dump-files bei mySQL) kein Vollbackup darstellen. Leider habe ich keine Begründung gefunden, warum dies so ist. Eine Beispielaufgabe: Sommer 2013, FISI GA1, 5. Handlungsschritt, Aufgabe c)

Bedeutet "Online-Backup", dass die Datenbank nicht in einen Backup / Read-Only Modus gesetzt wird, während der dump erstellt wird, oder ist ein dump generell keine Vollsicherung?
