Hast Du eine IT-Ausbildung absolviert und stellst so eine Frage? Irgendwie sehe ich den Sinn der Frage nicht.
Suchst Du den technischen Weg wie man etwas meldet? Telefon, E-Mail, Brief, Rauchzeichen, Brieftaube?
