Hallo,

 

wenn ich E-Mail von Office 365 zu MS Exchange umstellen soll habe ich gelesen, dass man danach die MX-Records machen soll.

Kann mir jemand von Euch sagen welche Funktion diese MX-Records haben bzw. warum man die anschließend auch umstellen soll?

MX steht für Mail Exchange. Damit andere wissen wohin sie Mails für @beispiel.de schicken müssen, muss der MX Record auf den Mailserver von beispiel.de verweisen. Ändert sich der Mailserver muss entsprechend auch der MX angepasst werden.

DMARC, DKIM und SPF nicht vergessen.
