wie kann man *.jpg - Bild in ein Dialog mit Picture-Rahmen reinbringen?

Überhaupt nicht!

Du kannst es aber in Paint öffnen und als bmp speicher.

Oder du benutzt die Klasse CHtmlView. Dann kannst du aber keinen Dialog verwenden.

Ok, bmp ist auch in Ordnung aber MFC akziptiert nur 256 Farben, kann ich den irgendwie austricksen, weil mein Bild sonst net so scheee ausschaut?

Nur der Editor vom Visual Studio kann nicht mehr als 256 Farben.

Wenn du auf Einfügen -> Ressource -> Importieren klickst und dann dein Bild hinzufügst. Kannst du es in deinen Dialog einfügen.
