Hi,

ich habe ein kleines Brgiffsproblem:

Es wird ja bei der Beurteilung des Projektberichts Wert auf eine klare Definition von auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer gelegt.

Ich habe jetzt ein Projekt für eine andere Abteilung durchgeführt. Dieser "Auftrag" wurde natürlich an meinen Abteilungsleiter herangetragen. Der hat es mir dann übertragen die komplette Abwicklung mit der anderen Abteilung durchzuführen, d.h. auch die Abnahme, etc.

Ist jetzt mein Abteilungsleiter mein Auftraggeber oder die andere Abteilung????

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen der die Begriffdefinitionen genau weiss?

Nein der Auftraggeber ist die andere Abteilung...

dein Abteilungsleiter ist aber eine Schnittstelle zur anderen Abteilung...
