An was hast Du speziell gedacht? Besonders gut sind die Lehrgänge von IBM. Habe meinen Einstieg auch über nen Lehrgang gefunden (allerdings nicht IBM). Kenn mich ein bisschen was Systemadministration auf der AS/400 betrifft aus.
