Ich hab hier auf der Arbeit Word 2000 auf nem Rechner installiert. BS ist Windows 2k Prof.

Sobald ich ein .doc-Dokument öffnen will, hängt sich Word auf. :confused: Egal ob vom Windows Explorer aus oder aus Word selber heraus. Wenn ich Word so öffne und ein neues Dokument erstelle, gibt es keine Probleme. Ich kann das dann normal bearbeiten. Wenn ich das Dokument jedoch speicher und danach wieder öffnen will, hängt sich Word wieder sofort auf. :mad: :confused:

Ich habe Word und Win2k schon komplett neu installiert und alle verfügbaren Updates und Patches (incl. Servicepacks) für Win2k und Office gezogen und installiert. Alles hat nichts geholfen. :(

Nen Virus habe ich laut MCAfee mit dem neuesten Signatur-File vom 29.8.01 auch nicht drauf.

Outlook stürzt übrigens auch manchmal einfach ohne erkennbaren Grund ab.

Woran kanns denn noch liegen? Vielleicht doch an der Hardware?
