Hallo,

erstmal vielen Dank für die vielen Beiträge zum Thema Festplattenpartitionierung!

Ich bin leider nicht dazu gekommen alles zulesen, eher gesagt nur die ersten Beiträge.

Hab meine Festplatte jetzt folgendermassen partitioniert:

10 GB - System & Programme

12 GB - Daten

12 GB - Spiele, Filme, Musik

NTFS

Der Rest ist unpartioniert.

So nun meine eigentliche Frage:

Was ist eine Prefetch-Datei? Und kann man Sie löschen wenn man das dazugehörige Programm auch schon gelöscht hat?

soweit ich weiss, sind es nur dateien, die dem betriebssystem anzeigen, dass dieses programm schon mal gestartet wurde. ich bin mit diesen dateien da erste mal in kontakt gekommen, als ich mit dem SMS Installer Software paketiert habe. dort gab es Fehlermeldungen, wenn man diese NICHT aus den Paketen entfernt hat.

Also ist die Schlussfolgerung, dass sie nicht so wichtig sind :)
