guten morgen zusammen,

ich habe da mal ne frage...und zwar:

wie kann ich es realisieren, dass ich in einer website oben ein pulldown-menue(geht nach unten auf...) habe und wenn ich drüber fahre, es über dem darunter positionierten iframe/layer/o.ä. angezeigt wird?

gibt es da eine möglichkeit?

und...

wird, wenn es eine möglichkeit gibt, diese auch sowohl vom IE als auch von netscape angezeigt?

es wird mir jetzt bestimmt jemand dazu raten, es ohne iframe oder layer usw. zu realisieren... dennoch würde ich die oben genannte möglichkeit bevorzugen...
