Wie installiere ich ANSI code page for English (USA)?

Betriebssystem: Win98

Habe beim Ausführen einer setup.exe folgendes Problem:

1208: ANSI code page for English (USA) is not installed on the system and therefore setup cannot run in the seleced language. Run the setup and select another language.

Ich hab mal Windows-Update unter "Start" probiert - da tut sich nix außer dass ich auf die MS-Seite komme und nix passiert wirklich.

Dann noch die Win98-CD eingelegt... aber leider nichts derartiges gefunden. Was nun? :(
