Hab jetzt auf meinen eigenen Server, der mit Standleitung am Inet hängt Win 2000 installiert. Und auch gleicht den Webserver der mitgeliefert wird installiert. Wenn ich jetzt aber aus dem Intranet/Internet auf die Page geh, will er alle php dokumente herunterladen

Lade dir bei php.net die Installationsdateien für Windows runter. Und zusätzlich die zip-Datei. Der Windows-Installer sollte dir dsogar die Konfiguartion dess IIS abnehmen. Wenns nicht ganz funktiniert gibts da ja auch noch die install-datei im php-Ordner.

Bevor du jedoch einen ernsthaften Versuch startest, solltest du die Inahlt der zip-datei in den php-Ordner kopieren.
