Entwicklung von Aida 32 eingestellt

Mit bedeuern habe ich heute die Nachricht erhalten das die Entwicklung von Aida32 eingestellt wurde.

Die letzte und auch aktuelleste Version ist die 3.93 .

As of March 24, 2004 we have decided to discontinue the development project that we all know as AIDA32. Development of AIDA32 has been started years ago, and the project went first public in April 2001. AIDA32 has become the de facto standard for both home and corporate system diagnosis and network audit, winning several awards including "Freeware Product of the Year" by Support Alert newsletter in December 2002.

Aida32.hu has well served this project almost without any issues, providing access to over half a million of users in 150 countries worldwide. For the exceptional quality of service, we'd like to send our special thanks to Hunet Kft, our internet service provider and software supplier.

Lavalys Programm Everest scheint der Nachfolger von Aida32 zu sein .

Für den Privat gebrauch - leider auch ohne Netzwerk Support gibt es die Home Version.

Die Netzwerkfähige Version welche für uns interessant ist wird unter den Namen Everest Professional geführt.

Die Preis für die Professional liegen nach Menge bei :

Da deren Webserver derzeit etwas Überlastet scheint habe ich einmal beide Versionen auf meinem Webserver gespiegelt .

Alle Funktionen bzw. Batch Scripte Funktionieren auf dem ersten Blick mit der Profesional Version ohne Probleme.

Sofern man den Namen der exe. Datei anpasst.

Bisher dementieren die Entwickler alle Hinweise auf einen Kommerzielle weiterführung des Projektes.

Allerding wird in der vorhandenen "PRO"-Version einiges mit einem "EVALUATION" verdeckt, was Aida ohne zu Zögern ausgelesen hat.

Tja, ich sehe da eigentlich keinen Unterschied zwischen den beiden Tools.
