Hi Leutz,

hab da mal'n Problem.

Die Software ist ein Mandantenfähiges Warenwirtschaftssystem. Nun kommt eine Meldung zwischen den Druckaufträgen, wenn bei einem Mandanten gedruckt wird:

PCL XL error

Subsystem: Kernel

Error: IllegalTag

Operator: 0x1b

Position: 333

Es gibt keine Unterschiede zwischen den Mandanten. Es wird die gleiche Datenbank genutzt und die gleichen Formulare (Crystal Report).

Hat jemand einen Tipp, was das genau heißt, oder was diese Meldung auslöst?

Ich habe leider mehr mit der Software zu tun und daher sind meine Hardwarekenntnisse nicht mehr die Neuesten.

Den PCL XL error hab ich auch schon desöffteren bei HP LJs erlebt...

In meinem Fall hat jedesmal ein anderer Druckertreiber geholfen...
