Internet Verbindung mit Netgear und SMC nur wenn Signal da ist

Hallo, ist es allgemein üblich das bei SMC und Netgear Routern die Internet verbindung nur dann hergestellt ist wenn ein Rechner eingeschalten ist und ein Signal abgibt? Das find ich nich so doll, wozu hab ich meine DSL Flat und schließlich will ich ja auch mein dyndns ausnutzen wenn in meinem Internen Netz kein Rechner an is. Mit dem Bintec Routern ist das ja möglich, da kann ich einstellen (-1) und der bleibt mir immer Online. Solls bzw. gibt es da endlich mal von Netgear oder SMC FIrmware Releases wo der die ganze Zeit online bleibt oder gibt es schon alternativen wie man das lösen kann?
