PC fängt an zu piepsen !!!

Hallo,

was ein komisches Problem!

Folgenden PC habe ich vor ca. einem 3/4 Jahr zusammengebaut!

Mainboard: ASUS P2L97 Rev. 1.05

CPU: PII333

RAM: 1x128 MB 2x 64 MB PC100

Zwei IBM Festplatten

GraKa ATI ???

ISDN über USB

CD-ROM LW

Jetzt fängt der einfach an über den PC-Lautsprecher an zu Piepsen!

Habs zwar nicht gemessen, denke aber alle 30 Sekunden, aber nur wenn mit dem PC nichts gemacht wird!

Es ist nur ein kurzer piep.

Das heisst bei arbeiten mit Wörd, oder einem Kopiervorgang, etc. piepst es nicht.

Erst wenn der PC wieder "still" steht!

Es funktionieren alle Anwendungen, der PC ist auch nicht langsamer geworden, der CPU Lüfter dreht sich und es wird auch nichts heiß, etc.

Bei den Biospeepcodes wird irgendwas von nem Speicherproblem beschrieben.

Daher habe ich mal die Speicherriegel getauscht. -> piepst immer noch.

Da ich das Board nochmals hatte, tauschte ich das ganze Board -> piepst immer noch.

Woher kann das kommen?

Betriebssystem = Windows 2000 Pro
