bei der erstellung einer startdiskette soll nach möglichkeit der cdrom treiber mit verfügbar sein. ist das nötig? kann man denn im bios nicht einstellen, dass von cdrom gebootet wird.

wer kann mir dies etwas erläutern?

Wenn Du von CD bootest, wird nur eine Startdiskette emuliert... und wenn Du dann auch auf die CD zugreifen möchtest, muss ein Dos-Treiber für das CDROM geladen werden... sonst besteht kein Zugriff auf das CD-Laufwerk
