Hab mir die Logitech Sphere gekauft und schließ sie an und es kommt die Fehlermeldung es wurde kein treiber gefunden unbekanntes Gerät, obwohl der Treiber für Windows XP gedacht ist. Was kann man tun damit die Cam erkannt wird!!!????

hast Du zuerst die treiber / Softeware installiert, bevor Du die Camera angeschlossen hast?

das sollte man tun bei den meisten USB-Geräten wie Scannern, Cameras usw

Erkennt er die Camera denn als normalen wechseldatenträger im explorer?

Ja hab erst die SOftware installiert und wurde dann aufgefordert die Cam anzuschließen das tat ich dann. Und dann kam die Nachricht: Unbekanntes Gerät gefunden ohne Treiber obwohl Treiber installiert ist. Nein erkennt nicht als Wechseldatenträger.
