Hallo Leute,

habe einen USB Stick (leider ohne Software :-) )

Jetzt wird im Explorer nur noch die hälfte des Speicherplatzes angezeigt.

Woran liegt das bzw. wie kann ich das Problem beheben?

Das kann zwei Ursachen haben...

1. Ein Speicherbaustein ist defekt und wird nicht mehr angesporchen, setzt aber vorraus, dass mehrere Speichersteine in dem Stick verbaut sind...

2. Es befindet sich eine geschütze Partition auf dem USB Stick, die mittels der Herstellersoftware auf dem Stick erstellt wurde... diese lässt sich dann nur mit der entsprechenden Software und einem Passwort entfernen...
