  • Seit wann stürzt er ab bzw. kannst Du Dich an eine Schlüsselereignis erinnern?
  • Gibt es einen Bluescreen oder ein Dialogfenster mit dieser Fehlermeldung?
  • Welche Programme laufen auf Deinem Rechner, wenn der Rechner abstürzt?
