Morgen ...

Gehen wir davon mal aus, dass ich mich als FI beworben hab, Tests bestanden habe und einen Ausbildungsvertrag bekommen habe. Kann ich nach unterschreiben den Vertrag immer noch absagen, wenn ich z.B. ein besseres Angebot von einer anderen Firma bekommen habe?

Die ersten 3 Monate sind Probezeit. Da können beide Seiten kündigen.

Ich meine noch bevor ich die Ausbildung starte. Also ich werde meine Ausbildung erst Aus/Sep 06 starten.

Logisch kannste den Vertrag dann noch absagen.Denk mal nach wenn du in der Probezeit absagen kannst, und vorher nicht wie bescheuert wäre das denn?:D
