Es gibt schon Schwachstellen, man denke mal über Produktion, Versand und Lagerung nach. Diese wurden aber größtenteils systematisch ausgemerzt.

Prüfungen werden generell nur noch verschlossen und abgezählt gelagert und erst am Prüfungstag entnommen. Das Problem bleibt hier der Faktor Mensch - wenn ich das nicht so mache wie vorgeschrieben nützt das beste gesetz nichts...
