Ich muss in meiner Schule ein Projekt "machen".

Ich habe die Aufgabe gekriegt eine Apotheke einzurichten.

Und da bald das "Kundengespräch" ansteht wollte ich frage wie ich mich drauf vorbereiten bzw wie ich den Kunden informationen "einprügeln" kann ?

Kannst du das nicht etwas genauer erläutern, was du machen sollst, bzw. wissen willst ? :confused:

krankheit? => massnahme (mittel) => warum DIESES mittel und nicht jenes? => preis/leistung? allergieen des kunden? (gute/schlechte) erfahrungen mit mitteln?

was erwartest DU von deinem apotheker?
