Hallo, ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Notebook.

1,7 Pentium M in einem Tecra 9100. Als ich bei dem Kühlertausch die Wärmeleitpaste vergessen hatte, stürzt er nach 10 Minuten ab, bzw. friert der Rechner ein und fährt dann erst wieder nach ein paar Stunden wieder hoch und dann wieder der selbe Spass :(

Denke daher, dass ich die CPU zerstört habe.

Daher zwei Fragen:

1. Kann es die CPU sein, oder noch was anderes?

2. Welche CPU'S kann ich alle Verabauen?

Habe gerade zwei an der Hand:

1. P4M 1,7 SL6CH

2. P4M 1,8 SL6FH

Welche sollte ich verbauen? Beide sind Sockel 478
