Hallo,

da ich demnächst ein Vortrag über das Thema ACD-Systeme halten muss, wollte ich vorab von euch sämtliche Infos darüber beziehen.

Wenn ihr mir weiterhelfen könntet, wäre ich euch zu tiefst zu dank verpflichtet. Nämlich im Februar kommendes Jahr, darf ich dies auch in Cooperation mit der Firma Siemens bei mir in der Firma einrichten und konfigurieren.
