gibt es Erfahrungswerte von euch, welches Linux (64bit) am besten als Wirtssystem für den VM-Ware Server geeignet ist?

Das ich jedes nehmen KANN hab ich mir auch fast gedacht :)

ich dachte nur eben vielleicht hat jemand von euch besonders gute/schlechte Erfahrungen mit einer Distribution gemacht.

wir haben uns mittlerweile übrigens, aufgrund der Zusammenarbeit mit Novell,für SUSE entschieden.

Ähm, "Zusammenarbeit" kann man das direkt nicht nennen.

Übrigens, unter dem VMware ESX 3.01 steckt ein (modifiziertes) Redhat Linux.
