    Schwierig. Meines Erachten sollte das über die Benutzerberechtigungen von Windows möglich sein. Wenn Dienste darüber ausgeführt werden bzw. gestartet werden, auf die der Benutzer keinen Zugriff hat, kommt hier eine entsprechende Meldung. Mit dem Kennwort z.B. administrator Kennwort, kann man dann den Prozess ausführen.
