    Hallo zusammen,
    ich befinde mich seit heute dem 01. September im dritten Lehrjahr meiner Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration.
    Aktuell ist es so, dass ich als Azubi die komplette IT schmeiße. Die Firma ist ca 120 Mann groß. 
    Das ganze geht schon seit einigen Monaten so und mittlerweile fühle ich mich in einigen Bereichen komplett überfordert. Zudem mache ich mir auch sorgen, da ich keinen Fachlichen Ausbilder haben der mir bei meinem Abschlussprojekt zur Seite steht. Das Wissen welches ich aktuell Besitze habe ich mir zu 80% selber beigebracht.
    Was würdet ihr in meiner Situation tun? Tipps und Ratschläge gerne gesehen.
