    Ich sehe das genau so. Wieso sollte man sich ständig für solche Leute den Arsch aufreißen, wenn man sowieso nicht geschätzt wird? Ausbildung+Erfahrung sind genau so viel Wert. Such dir eine Firma mit vernünftigen Leuten, die deine Erfahrung und deinen Ehrgeiz wertschätzen! Alles Gute dir. ?
