    Du kennst doch 1. die Konditionen im Unternehmen von @jingleshell gar nicht ... vielleicht sind die ja schon gut und 2. sind die Konditionen meistens erst Bestandteil des Bewerbungsgespräches, das ändert also an der Eingangsquote für Bewerbungen gar nichts.

    Weil sich mein Ausbilder damals "null" für meine Ausbildungsfortschritte interessiert hatte, habe ich es damals selbst in die Hand genommen.
    Ich habe mir anhand des Ausbildungsrahmenplans und Beispielen im Internet (Hochschulen und Firmen) mit aktuellen wichtigen Technologien selbst alle Ausbildungsinhalte zusammengestellt, die ich in 3 Jahren lernen wollte.
    Alle 3 Monate habe ich mir im Kalender einen Tag markiert, wo ich dann einen Review angesetzt habe und mir meine Schwierigkeiten (was ich noch ergänzen will) aufgeschrieben habe. Was ich von der Übersicht gelernt hatte, habe ich dann abgehakt.
    Alle 3 Monate darüber gehen, fand ich eigentlich für einen Status-Update ganz gut.
