    Denke auch. Wenn du dir zutraust zu wechseln, dann denke ich bist du damit besser beraten. Zumindest mal andere Angebote einholen. 
    24 Urlaubstage kann man machen, aber dann sollte sich das mMn auch im Gehalt widerspiegeln. Ich hätte gesagt 36k mit 30 Urlaubstagen, würde also mit 24 eher die 40k anpeilen.

    Versuch mal die Wirtschaftlichkeitsbewertung in Teilschritte runterzubrechen. Welche Teilschritte willst du durchführen, wie lange werden die deiner Meinung nach dauern etc. Du musst auch - angelehnt an das SOLL eine Bewertungsmatrix oder so was in der Art erstellen um die verschiedenen Produkte sinnvoll bewerten zu können.
