    Peter0815 hat auf Graustein in Mit 43 als IT-Servicetechniker, was meint ihr?   
    EG8 ist ok als Einstieg (da du ja auch kaum Erfahrung in dem Bereich hast), ich würde aber zusehen mit ein paar Jahren Jahren BE schon auf EG9-10 zu kommen.

    Mal das minimale gerechnet:
    Ausbildung, sollte klar sein: 13 Punkte
    Berufserfahrung (noch): bis 1 Jahr: 1 Punkt
    Denken: 3-5 Punkte sollten es je nach Aufgaben sein
    Handlungsspielraum: 5-7 Punkte locker möglich
    Kommunikation: 3-5 Punkte möglich
    Macht 25-31 Punkte
    EG7-9
    Mit mehr BE und anderen Aufgaben geht sicher mehr, hier kommt es IMO stark auf die Aufgaben an, was ein (IT) Servicetechniker macht, das ist ja ein breites Feld von einfachen Aufgaben aus dem Handbuch bis zu komplexen Problemen, die eigenständig gelöst werden müssen.
    Dann gibt es für Denken 12 Punkte Handlungsspielraum 11 und Kommunikation 7 Punkte und schon liegt man bei 44 Punkten, EG12.
