    Meines erachtens will der Staat die Bürger dazu zwingen sich entweder neue Autos zu kaufen oder eben auf Bus und Bahn umsteigen. Ist ja verstaatlicht, zum größten Teil. Denn Sinn seh ich nicht in dieser Maßnahme, denn CO2 wird auch weiterhin ausgestoßen.
