    7up hat auf treffnix in Teamleitung ?   
    Alleine diese Aussage impliziert schon, das die Rolle als Teamleiter nicht die beste Wahl ist. Wenn es dir hauptsächlich um mehr Geld geht, dann solltest du dich vielleicht noch auf andere Stellen bewerben und versuchen dein Gehalt so zu maximieren.
    Ich habe auch vor nicht all zu langer Zeit den Wechsel von einer Stelle als Softwareentwickler auf Leitung Softwareentwicklung vollzogen - wäre mir Programmierung als Tagesinhalt wichtig gewesen, wäre das die falsche Entscheidung gewesen
