    Hallo, verstehe ich das richtig? Du benötigst einen Access Point und einen VPN Anbieter und willst mittels Nutzwertanalyse herausfinden welches Gerät und welchen Anbieter du auswählst oder hast du mehrere Anbieter zur Auswahl die sozusagen Pakete anbieten?
    Wenn du beides separat heraussuchen möchtest, dann solltest du in jedem Fall 2 Nutzwertanalysen erstellen. Fang mit dem Access Point an, definiere die Kriterien und wenn du das passende Gerät gefunden hast, schau dich nach "kompatiblen" VPN Anbietern um und stelle diese gegenüber.
