Hallo

Ich hätt da mal ne allgemeine Frage zum .Net-Framework.

Ist das "nur" ne Ansammlung von Bibliotheken oder steckt da noch mehr dahinter??

Wenn ich ne Anwendung bastel, die mit 2.0 läuft, muss ich dann auf dem Zielrechner auch das Framework installieren oder würde es reichen wenn ich die benutzten Bibliotheken mitgebe=?=?
