Hallo,

meine Verwandschaft hat ein Problem mit einem Callya Handy von Vodafone im Ausland (Norwegen).

Und zwar ist das Handy aus Deutschland erreichbar allerdings kann er nicht nach Deutschland telefonieren. Er sagte mir die Stimme würde sowas sagen wie "no consulting" o.ä.

was kann das sein? Falsches Netz? Bei Vodafone habe ich das ReiseVersprechen einstellen lassen und einen anderen Tarif dazu.

Wie könnte ich das Problem beheben?

Bei Vodafone nachfragen, würde ich zumindest tun...

Bin gerade im Skiurlaub in Norwegen und aus aktuellem Anlass auf diesen alten Thread gestoßen. Allerdings hatte ich hier im hohen Norden mit Vodafone überhaupt keinen Empfang, nach eine Netzwechsel kann ich jedoch tadellos nach Deutschland telefonieren.
