Hallo zusammen,

vorab ein paar Information zu meiner Person.

Ich bin gerlernter Kaufmann, arbeite aber nun schon seit 2 Jahren bei einem der größten Softwarehersteller für kaufmännische Software im technischen Support.

Nun möchte ich mich weiterbilden und das eine oder andere MS-Zertifikat erwerben. Ein Kurs o.Ä. kommt für mich nicht in Frage. ich möchte eher im Selbstudium mir die erforderlichen Kenntnisse aneignen und anschließend "nur" die Prüfung absolvieren.

Mit welchem Zertifikat sollte ich anfangen? Die ganzen MS-Zertifikate bauen sicher in irgendeiner Art und Weise aufeinander auf. Welches ist sozusagen das Basiszertifikat mit dem ich anfangen könnte?
