Hallo zusammen,

hab hier gestern mal was zur Doku gepostet. Hab erfahren, dass das die Projektdefinition so 2-3 Seiten lang sein sollte. Jetzt wollte ich fragen wohin dann die Kaufmännischen Entscheidungen hin sollen?

Ich habe zum einen eine Tabelle für die Preis Bildung, dann vergeliche ich noch ein paar Produkte. Soll man das in den Anhang auslagern oder zählt das schon zur Durchführung?

habe in der Projekt Definition schon ein Konzept ausgearbeitet.

Ich mach als Projekt WIndows Domänen Zeug. Und da hab ich eben u.a. ein Konzept mit Netzplan ausgearbeitet.

Wollte nicht extra nen neuen Thread aufmachen, meine Frage:

Kann man für die Präsi Grafiken aus der Doku nehmen, oder sollte man neue erstellen? Nicht nur Grafiken im allgemeinen, sondern auch die Darstellung der Projektzteit im Ist-Soll-Zustandsvergleich.
