Das Programm kann ich nur in VB-Format abspeichern. Wie ist es möglich, dass ich das Programm in .exe abspeichern kann?

Sobald du dein Programm ausführst, ist bereits eine exe-Datei erstellt worden.

Das ist aber kein Speichern im eigentlichen Sinne, weil du aus der exe-Datei nicht einfach wieder den Quellcode rekonstruieren kannst.
