Windows Explorer stürzt bei MOV-Dateien ab

Hallo zusammen,

wenn ich eine MOV-Datei markiere, öffne oder rechtsklicke, stürzt jedesmal der Windows Vista Explorer ab. Ich kann die Dateien zwar mit einem Freeware Player öffnen und anschauen, aber sobald ich sie nur mit der Maus berühre schmiert der Explorer ab und startet neu. Diese Videodateien sind mit einem Handy aufgezeichnet worden (Sony Ericsson K850i).

Hat jemand einen Tipp, wie ich das abschaffen kann oder wie man MOV-Dateien in andere Videodateien konvertiert?
