Hallo zusammen,

gesetzlich ist es so, dass das Ausbildungsverhältnis endet, an dem man die Prüfungsergebnisse bekommt.

Man bekommt ja eigentlich ein monatliches Gehalt. Wenn man die Prüfungsergebnisse z.B. am 21. Juni bekommt, bekommt man für die restlichen Werktagen, das Verhältnis vom zukünftigen Gehalt zusätzlich ausbezahlt?

Wie war es bei euch bzw. wie ist es bei euch geregelt?

Es sollte anteilig sein, weil das Arbeitsverhältnis mit einem neuen Vertrag fortgesetzt wird. War jedenfalls bei mir so, obwohl der Steuerberater was anderes behauptet hatte xD.
