Hallo zusammen :)

bin gerade dabei mein Abschlussprojekt zu planen und bekomme von der Firma leider recht wenig Unterstützung. :(

Ist es richtig, dass das Abschlussprojekt genau nach Schema "Projektmanagement" laufen muss?

Da ich ja FISI bin sollte der technische Teil ja nicht zu kurz kommen..was meint ihr?

Ein kaufmännischer Teil im Projekt ist aber glaube ich auch Pflicht???

Gibt es einen Musterablaufplan, welcher nach IHK Kriterien vollständig ist?

Wäre dankbar, wenn einige von Euch die die Prüfung schon durchlaufen haben mir meine Fragen beantworten könnten

bzw. einige Tipps geben könnten worauf es grade beim Inhalt und dem Aufbau (Struktur) des Projektes ankommt.
