Hallo,

wir setzen bei einzelnen Kunden Windows-Terminalserver WTS 2008 R2 ein mit Win XP und Win 7 Clients.

Neben anderen Programmen wird dort auch mit Mozilla-Firefox und Thunderbird gearbeitet.

Sporadisch aber regelmäßig treten in den Mozillaprogrammen Abstürze auf, wenn man Aktionen ausführt, die zum Aufruf eines Datei-Öffnen oder Datei-Speichern Dialogs führen, z.B. beim Mail speichern, beim Mail-Anhang auswählen.

Der Fehler ist sporadisch auch mit anderen Programmen wie z.B. MozBackup aufgetreten.

Ein Neuaufsetzen der WTS-Profile brachte keine Lösung.

In reinen Fileserver-Systemen (mit Linux- bzw. Windows-Servern) und gleicher Softwareversion tritt das Problem nicht auf.

Kennt jemand gleiche oder ähnliche Fehlersituationen, evtl. mit Lösungsansätzen?
